Step by Step: Using the SeafarerCerts Platform ⚓

🪙 1. How to Purchase Tokens

  • Log in and go to the Dashboard.
  • From the Home Screen, click “Buy Tokens”.
  • Select your medical center.
  • Choose the number of tokens to purchase.
  • Enter your payment details and click Pay.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation message once the transaction is complete.

Each token represents the ability to issue one medical certificate.

📄 2. How to Generate a Medical Certificate

  • Go to Generate → Generate Certificate.
  • Click “New Certificate” or “Issue Certificate.”
  • Fill in the patient’s required information and upload medical data.
  • Select the doctor and clinic issuing the certificate.
  • Click “Submit” — the system will automatically deduct one token.
  • A confirmation message will appear and the certificate will be added to your records.

✏️ 3. How to Modify or Update a Certificate

  • Go to Certificates → My Certificates.
  • Find the record you want to edit and click “View”, “Edit”, or “Cancelled.”
  • Make the necessary updates (e.g., patient info, status, or attachments).
  • Click “Save Changes” — all modifications are logged for compliance and audit purposes.

Only authorized users (doctor or clinic admin) can modify issued certificates.

SeafarerCerts is an advanced technological online database software designed to ensure
the integrity and security in the verification, storage, and issuance of the information contained in
medical certificates issued to seafarers in accordance with
Regulation I/9 and Section A-I/9 of the
International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers, 1978,
as amended (STCW 78, as amended)
, and
Regulation I.2 of Title I of the
Maritime Labour Convention, 2006, as amended, for the international maritime and port industry.

Step by Step: What Should I Do If a Certificate Has Incorrect Data❓

If you realize that a medical certificate contains incorrect information after it has been generated, follow these steps:

📩 For Technical Assistance

  • Email us at support@eevolutioncorp.com
  • Use the Live Chat available in the lower right corner of the platform.

📝 Request a Cancellation

  • Fill out a “Cancellation Request” form.

⚙️ Conditions for Cancellation

  • The request or report must be made within 24 hours after issuance.
  • If within 48 hours after issuance:
    • The certificate has been reported to the Panamanian Maritime Authority and marked as
      “Deficient” due to an error in the patient’s personal data — the cancellation procedure will be carried out.
    • The patient reported to the medical practitioner that their certificate contains incorrect information.

In both cases, the token will be refunded so that you can correct or generate a new certificate.

⚠️ Important: Ensure all patient details are accurate before finalizing a certificate to avoid delays.
