How to Modify or Cancel Certificates❓

How to search for “My certificates”❓

To locate your certificates, follow these steps:

1. Access the “My Certificates” Section

  • Go to the top menu bar and click on “My Certificates”.

2. Search Using the Certificate Code

  • In the search field, enter the certificate code in the format EAGLE-XXXX-2025.

3. Use the Filter Options

  • If you do not have the certificate code, you can use the filter options found in the left sidebar of the screen.
  • You can filter by the following criteria:

         * Date of Issue (From – To)

         * Patient Name

         * Patient Last Name

         * Patient Nationality

         * Expiration Date (From – To)

         * Doctor’s Company

         * Status (All, Cancelled, Expired, Issued)
